How custom requests work
Fans ask for something made just for them. You only get paid for what you accept and deliver.
You list what fans can request, like a shout-out video, a voice message or a photo, with your prices. A fan’s card is held, not charged, until you accept. You deliver in FanHubb, and you’re paid once the fan has it.
The 3 steps
Sell › Custom requests. Items with up to 3 price levels, from $5 to $1,500, and a delivery time: 3, 7 or 14 days.
They choose an item and add their details. Their card is held, not charged. You have 24 hours to accept or pass (12 for Rush).
✓ AutomaticAccepting charges the card and starts the clock. Upload the finished files; they land in the fan’s Library.

If something goes wrong
You pass or don’t answer
The hold on the fan’s card is released. Nothing was charged.
You’re running late
You can extend once, by up to 48 hours, and make it up to the fan: something extra, a courtesy refund (10% of what they paid, $1 to $10) or 10% off their next order. If you don’t choose, FanHubb extends it for you with the courtesy refund.
You never deliver
If it isn’t delivered by the new date, the fan is refunded in full automatically.
The fan reports a problem
They have 72 hours after delivery. You then have 48 hours to fix it; if it still isn’t sorted, FanHubb reviews it and decides.
A “Need it by” date
If the fan set one and it passes without a delivery, they can cancel for a full refund.
